Congratulations Alan!
Congratulations to Alan Brown who competed in the 2011 Triathlon/Duathlon for Autism in Belmar, NJ on Sunday, July 31st. Alan returned to the ocean for the first time in 23 years since his injury in Martinique.
The triathlon consisted of a swim, bike and run. Alan completed the first leg of the Triathlon – a quarter mile swim. The bike and run portions were completed by Jamie Lassner and his son, Sam.
"Never Say Never" is Alan's motto and is demonstrated by his perseverance, determination and positive attitude and that has made it possible for him to move forward.
