ATBF Logo History
The Alan T Brown Foundation logo was designed by Paul Rand. Paul Rand was a well-known American graphic designer, best known for his corporate logo designs, including the logos for IBM, UPS and ABC. Rand was inducted into the New York Art Directors Club Hall of Fame in 1972.
The 7 dashes in the "T" within the logo represent the 7 cervical vertebrae in the neck.
A person becomes a quadriplegic when one of these vertebrae are broken.
