Building upon the growing popularity of Hold 'Em Poker, ATBF held its first — ever Casino Night & Hold 'Em Poker Tournament on Wednesday, May 5, 2005, at Bridgewaters in New York City. The evening was a great success, thanks in large measure to generous event sponsors Middlegate Securities, Ltd. (Platinum Sponsor); Bickel & Brewer; Aladdin Resort & Casino; www.netgrocer.com; Chronoswiss; and Amy and Jimmy Haber. A 42" Plasma Screen TV and a trip to the ultra-luxurious La Samanna Resort in St. Maarten were among the fantastic prizes featured at the event. Poker Tournament players competed for an incredible "Viva Las Vegas" Getaway Grand Prize, featuring roundtrip airfare for two and three-night stay in a suite at the Aladdin Resort & Casino.
