A
note
from Jenna
Last
year I ran the New York City Marathon
and raised funds for ATBF. The experience
was incredibly memorable and so rewarding
that I've decided to take on the challenge
and run this year's race on November
2nd.
What
originally inspired me to raise money
for this cause is a picture that hangs
in Alan's office of him racing in
the 1991 New York City Marathon with
a caption that reads "Never Say
Never." Since Alan's accident
this is the attitude that he has instilled
not only in his own life but toward
his friends, family, business associates
and other individuals in wheelchairs.
My admiration for Alan and all that
he has accomplished, both professionally
and personally, has truly encouraged
me to help support this cause and
to take a step forward for those who
can't.
