On Monday, March 16, 2009 the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) held their annual Signature Awards at the Rainbow Room in New York City. Fran Brown, the Executive Director of ATBF was presented with the Master Certificate of Recognition for her work successfully growing the Foundation over the past 21 years, and for all her support for women going through a trauma.
