The Alan T Brown Foundation has numerous national and international research projects. When the Foundation was first established the emphasis was on finding a cure for spinal cord injuries and paralysis — and although this is still the ultimate objective, ATBF now funds studies focused on quality of life for those currently living with spinal cord injuries.
